How we use it

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California residents (and residents of other states with similar laws) have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some of the advertising tools described above may qualify as "sharing" under these laws.

To opt out, email todd@toddsmushroombrew.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request" and include the email address associated with your orders. We will process the request within 15 business days.

Data retention and security

We keep order records for as long as needed to support your account and comply with tax and legal requirements. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold but cannot guarantee absolute security.
